Located in downtown Rome, within an end of '800 glamorous building, Aquarius-Inn is a charming Apartment in Rome, 800 meters from Termini Railway Station and 600 meters from Via Veneto. The location is enviable, one of the quietest and most elegant pieces of downtown Rome, 200 meters from the Metro and 100 meters from the Bus Central Station. You will find in the surroundings classy restaurants, shops and boutiques, important museums, and historical sites. Most of all, you will live in a real upper-class district, with little tourism and no confusion. Nevertheless, it will take you only 10 minutes walking or 5 minutes by metro to reach Spanish Steps and Via Veneto. 

Our hosting building is from the end of '800, furnished with antique pieces. Our flat has large dimensions (140 square meters) and is located on the third floor. Our bedrooms range from 16 square meters up to 20. Common spaces are available to our guests and include a living kitchen of 12 square meters and a lounge of 14 square meters.

• Silence. Location is unique: Via Castelfidardo is very quiet while central. Our renovation works enhanced this quiet. In our suites, perceived noise is, on average, around 35 dB. You will find very hardly these numbers within many of 4 star hotels in the district.
• Sunlight. We're located on the third floor; two of our suites are exposed to the south-west, and the third one is exposed to a backyard free from sight for 100 meters. These are extremely rare features in downtown Rome.
• Size. We offer 140 square meters, fully equipped, shared by a maximum of 7 guests. Our common areas are there to be lived by our guests, as you do at home.
